Recently we had the privilege of staging a 1931 home in Portland OR that has been in the same family since it was built.  This English Tudor-style home is a gem, full of original charm and lots of character! The Concordia neighborhood in Northeast Portland Oregon is cool. Any neighborhood that has a school that has been converted into a movie theater, pub, restaurant, hotel, soaking pool, whiskey bar, live music, event gatherings, art gallery and tourist attraction has to be noted in the opening line of any neighborhood info blog. Yes, The Kennedy School, a Mcmenamins place has a special spot in my heart. If you have never been, I highly recommend it. We just found out toady that a home we currently have staged is one of the three to be featured on HGTV's House Hunters.  The property is definately a "fixer" as it was a rental for the owne/agent for many years.  The home is in a great neighborhood and has a lot of potential.  I will keep you posted on how this works out.  The agent is susposed to call us in the morning for more details.  WE ARE DEFINATELY EXCITED!! 04/13/2009
