UPDATE! THIS HOME JUST WENT PENDING - LESS THAN 3 WEEKS AFTER BEING RE-LISTED and RE-STAGED!  ;=) I just completed staging a two story home (also see "How to Transform Two Bedrooms Into Four) with a little bit of "mine, hers and theirs" mixed together to make it work. The owners had the home listed and staged previously with no offers and were very reluctant to spend more money.
