I just came across this neighborhood recently while showing a home.  I had never heard of it before.  This neighborhood is located off of Gerking Market Road and the house my client is getting there is an amazing bargain.  Gerking Market Road has a lot of nice ranch homes with fabulous mountain views.  The drawback is that you are about 10 minutes out of town, but I think it is well worth it for all the land you get with your home as compared to the same home on a city lot. 12/29/2009
