Cessna addition is a cute neighborhood in southeast Bend at the base of Pilot Butte.  It is conveniently located to shopping, medical facilities, restaurants, and downtown.  The homes are newer homes on Tee Court and Rice Way.  The surrounding older neighborhood is lovely with established landscaping and lots of trees and large lots.  It is a very friendly neighborhood with a park and elementary school nearby.  12/27/2009
