Closing Fees for a Buyer of a Home in Toronto Depending on the property, closing fees will vary. Here are some Fixed Costs and Variables Costs when purchasing a Toronto Home. Provincial Land Transfer Tax -- first time buyers are exempt up to $2000 Toronto Land Transfer Tax. Legal Fees on Closing.  Moving is a variable cost. Mortgage Insurance (varies pending down payment). Hook Up Fees (vary pending pre construction vs resale purchase). Construction Levies (only applicable on New Construction, condos/homes).  HST is applicable on New construction.

Oxford Property Mangement announced on January 25.2011. Yorkdale Shopping Mall will be undergoing a major makeover of the Mall located at the 401 hightway and Dufferin Street in Toronto, Ontario. Yorkdale Shopping Centre expansion plan is to take effect immediately and will be completed by late 2010. The cost of this make over will be approxmiately $220 million. The expansion will  add another 145,000 sq.ft. of additional space making room for 40 new stores. The new addition will also add another 800 parking spots to the Mall. Yorkdale Mall Announcement

News Bayview Village. Future Homes to be built in Bayview Village. Information for Public Knowledge from City of Toronto Zoning Department.  The former Page Public School, which served the North York community of Bayview Village in its first two decades, could be demolished to make way for a residential subdivision.  Vaughan-based Sorbara Development Group is proposing to redevelop the 4.3-acre site, consisting of the approximately 50-year-old Page school building and attached greenspace, into a subdivision of 21 two-storey, detached homes around a new cul-de-sac, according to an information report going to North York Community Council Friday, Dec. 10.   City staff are recommending a community consultation meeting on the proposal be held in the new year. Here are my comments on Jersey Boys. The script is well written, the characters are real, the set is unique and constantly changing, and the music is, well it's just like it was back in the day. I remember it. When the first hits of the Four Seasons began to rise in the charts, I was around 14 years old. I liked the sound then and I still like it now. I've read that technically this is not a true musical because the dialog between the characters is not sung, it is spoken. The Toronto performers are professional and up to the task. Personally my favorite cast member was Daniel Robert Sullivan, who plays Tommy DeVito. Jersey Boys Toronto is presented in a first class venue, the Toronto Centre for the Arts.
