And the Yukon Real Estate Market Report shows it.A leading real estate data firm reported home selling prices nationwide were up 6.8% in October compared to a year ago. They grew 1% over September's prices, which were up 0.6% over August's.Looking ahead, the data firm projects home prices will increase 5.2% by October 2016. Yukon Oklahoma is a vibrant suburb on the west side of Oklahoma City and it has one of the higher rated schools systems in the area. The neighborhood of Surrey Hills was built around a golf course in the 1960's and since that time the land around has had continuous construction of new homes with prices reaching $400,000 for a single family home.
