Oklahoma City real estate investment is most of the time leverage with a mortgage that allows you to use the classic other peoples money to extend you portfolio beyond the limits of all cash. We have seen in the past more speculative markets like Florida in previous times have investors doing zero down mortgage loans, but now Fannie Mae requires at least 20% down. This video will explain how crucial this team member is to insuring you Oklahoma City real estate investment will be a success. In my 24 years of selling investment property I have found that property management can be mediocre at best, which is why I brought a company based in Dallas to Oklahoma City 6 years ago. I had experienced their property management with homes I owned in Louisiana, and I couldn't believe have much better a property manager could be but this company is outstanding.
