Oklahoma City Historical Area September 2010 Real Estate Market Report Active Listings: 89 Under Contract: 23 Sold August 2010: 9 The average number of sold properties per month has been declining over the last several months and now the available inventory stands at nearly 9 months placing the market well into the buyers market area.
