Sale prices over the last year have ranged from $116,500 to $199,900. The homes were built between 1995 and 2007. This is a great first-time buyer neighborhood. Angie Debo Elementary School is just around the corner. There are no neighborhood amenities in Seminole Point, such as swimming pool or clubhouse, but this is a great location. Oklahoma, unlike hard hit real estate markets is not known for short sales and foreclosures, at least not now. Last year only 4% of sales posted on the MLS of Oklahoma City was distressed property. So when we get a really juicy short sale or foreclosure, and with our values holding and in some cases still going up, you can really say you have equity at the start.
