It’s time for the March 2008 edition of my monthly report on what’s selling, what’s not, and what’s new on the market in Cheyenne Crossing. You’d be amazed at how often I get asked “What did that house around the corner sell for” or “How much is that house on X street listed for?” Especially since I have several friends and clients who live in Cheyenne Crossing, who seem to be particularly interested in what's going on in their neighborhood. This report is designed to keep you up-to-date on inventory levels, then each quarter I’ll break down overall neighborhood pricing and compare it to the previous year. This combination gives us all a real pulse on the health of the Cheyenne Crossing real estate market. Hopefully, it will be a useful resource for all of the Cheyenne Crossing home own...

Looking for a good neighborhood can be very challenging.  Edmond is a great place to grow.  Living in Edmond has given me a stronger sense of what family is all about.  There are various things to do and enjoy with family, alone and with friends.  The school district is one of the top nationwide and when children graduate they can head straight to college down the street.  All within short distances to restaurants, jazz clubs, and shopping.  There is much to enjoy in Edmond, Oklahoma.   www.acquanettabadgetthomes.com

Cheyenne Crossing is one of Northwest Edmond's highly sought-after neighborhoods.  Just mention the name and most people know where it is... it's that beautiful community on the South side of Covell, between Santa Fe and Kelly, with the fountain pond out front.  It's a great family community with a presence that many find very appealing, with Mitch Park directly across the street and nearby neighborhoods such as Covell Village to the East, and Cedar Pointe to the South.Cheyenne Crossing offers all the things that most families want in a neighborhood; a great location, convenient to lots of shopping and restaurants, a wonderful community pool, a pond, walking trails, and great schools.Immediate, convenient access to Edmond's Mitch Park, provides all the recreation space you could need, c...

With the last few new homes selling soon, Cheyenne Crossing will be "complete" within the next few months.  It's turned out to be a beautiful family community that gets a lot of interest.  As a result, my phone has been ringing a lot lately from folks around Edmond and across the country with specific questions about the neighborhood.  I recently sold my last listing in Cheyenne Crossing, so many of them are asking what's selling, what's not selling, and what's new on the market. You'd be amazed at how often I get asked "What did that house around the corner sell for" or "How much is that house on X street listed for?"  So, I've been working on a format for a monthly activity report, which should be a good resource for Cheyenne Crossing residents, and those thinking about moving here. The basic school of thought out there is that this time of year, things slow down in the Edmond Real Estate market. I'm still trying to figure out why people think that. November ended up being a bigger, busier month than October, which was a record month for me. The 4th quarter of this year is shaping up to be the most productive of the year, just like last year's 4th quarter did. Sixteen hours a day just isn't enough time anymore!Several of the calls I've gotten this week have been from homeowners in the gorgeous Cheyenne Crossing addition in NW Edmond. You know the neighborhood... it's the one just east of Santa Fe on the south side of Covell with the beautiful homes and the fountain pond right in front. It's just across the street from Mitch Park, which is part of the draw of this c...
