There are 3000 flags in the Field of Heroes this year Who is your hero?  - Field of Heroes The names of the heroes the flags are dedicated to are on each flag.  This year on at least one flag the family provided a photograph of the hero as a young sailor.  The Field of Heroes site says: "The Field of Heroes is an opportunity for our community members to honor their personal heroes - whoever they are... a family member; a friend; a veteran; a member of the armed services; a favorite teacher; a police officer; a firefighter or any other person who has made in impact on their lives." The Blue Agave in the Polaris area may be my new favorite Mexican restaurant.  Blue Agave Mexican Restaurant The Blue Agave chile rellenos may be the reason the Mexican restaurant in the Polaris area is probably my new favorite central Ohio Mexican restaurant.  Blue Agave makes their chille rellenos with egg rather than batter.  The red sauce on top is nice and light too. Do Westerville homes sell 25% under list price? NO! On Westerville Home Prices - February 2012 a real estate agent from Canada wrote: "In our area that would be a huge difference between listing and selling prices." A 25% difference between the average for sale price and the average sold price is big... bigger than some other central Ohio school districts (the market report is for all homes in the Westerville City School District) and the difference is smaller than other central Ohio school districts.  The home price graph is not telling the discount from list price. A 25% discount from list price would be huge in our market as well.   And perhaps that's not what the CA real estate agent is saying...
