Series -- Post 2 of 7 -- Our Unique Selling Proposition (USP) -- Home Staging Makeover on a shoestring budget -- Twinsburg Ohio Real Estate The first post in the series focused on performing an extreme makover by performing major renovation, redesign and home staging of a home in Cleveland Heights Ohiothat we did for a seller client in both a cost-effective manner and quick turn-around time frame. This second post will focus on home staging on a shoestring budget.  This seller said the total they had to invest in preparing their home for sale was $1,000.  The actual total was $500 and was primarily spent on obtaining a POD filled to the brim and stored off-site.  These sellers were very resourceful and also had excess furniture taken and stored at a parent's home. Twin Days in Twinsburg, OH started first in 1976. Since that time each year twins, their relatived, friends and fans gather together at first weekend of August to take part in contests, show their talents and have fun! Twins festival of 2009 rocks and rolls despite a rainy weather in Twinsburg.   Such a wonderful day full of fun and joy!          It's still a good time to join! That's a great start of 2009 for Cleveland Real Estate market and for me! Another two sales completed, buyers received the keys, moved to their new homes. These were the lucky and relatively smooth transactions. Happy starts and happy endings. I represented very solid, qualified, willing and reasonable buyers in these cases.   I believe, David Knox mentions in one of his videos that there are knowers and there are learners. Knowers know everything, learners know that they know nothing and keep learning. Although I think sometimes that I know everything, I keep learning every day from every new client and every new transaction. Few quick observations and important lessons learned from these sales. Real Estate Sales statistics is one of the most powerful tools good Real Estate agents use. Thanks to strict rules and members' being mostly responsible, we have a real solid data in our local MLS data base. About a year ago I published the historic sales statistics for few Greater Cleveland suburbs: Twinsburg, Mayfield Heights and Solon. As we have sales data for the whole year of 2008 now, it's interesting to see how these great cities were doing.  Let's start from Twinsburg Real Estate.
