2010 will mark my 6th year selling real estate in my hometown of Mount Vernon, Ohio. Six years doesn't seem like a long time and it has sure flown by! I have been blessed with many transactions (over 100!) and have made many, many friends along the way. Activity seems to be picking up dramatically in the past three-four weeks. We have noticed buyers are starting to appear at open houses and when we track website hits, as well as hits on individual listings on several websites, we have been noticing a steady increase lately, which usually is a good predictor of future buyer activity.
