SPECIAL FINANCING AVAILABLE.  It's been a while since that phrase has been a staple of my listing advertising.  I still have sign riders that are collecting dust that say 'ZERO DOWN'. Remember those days?  We all know about seller concessions of down payment or closing cost assistance.  A local lender here in Maumee recently informed me of Buy-Downs as an incentive that some sellers may want to offer to stand out from the crowd.  I also think this would really help out first-time buyers quite a bit.
