Before you start reading this report, take a deep breath and KEEP CALM!  When you look at the median price for Mason Ohio condos your first inclination just might be to lose your mind!  Or if you're a buyer to think there are some tremendous bargains to be had!  But here's the reality, the Mason Ohio condo market is running on fumes when it comes to volume of homes for sale and sold, so the numbers are EASILY moved.  For February, it was bargain shopping month in Mason with 5 of the 12 condos sold priced below $100,000.  And those 5 cleaned out  all the under $100k condos for sale in Mason.  There are some left under contract, but as of this report, NONE for sale below $100,000.  And with small numbers of condos for sale, under contract or sold, it's easy for the numbers to shift radica... 03/05/2017

 The Mason Ohio condo market continues to be a small segment of the Mason real estate market! The main reason?
