Mason Ohio New Construction Homes Coming Soon:  Roberts Park By M/I Homes M/I homes is following up on the success of their Mason Alverta new construction community by heading to the other corner of Mason to build Roberts Park! Groundbreaking is planned for September on 140 acres on the southeast corner of Butler-Warren and Princeton Roads (just east of the Four Bridges patio homes).  Roberts Park will feature 189 homes with a price range of $350,000 to $600,000 starting.  Lot sizes will vary, with frontage of 60, 72 or 95 ft.  Considering that M/I Homes plans an 80 acre park as part of the community, your average lot size will be about .3 acres.  Based on the variation in frontage, we'd assume some lots below .2 acres and the largest to be slightly under 1/2 acre.
