Most Cincinnati patio home builders have a fairly standard way of building patio homes.Expect side by side, with small strips of yard between them.  And when I say small, I DO mean small.  20-30 feet gap wall to wall isn't unusual.If you're lucky, there are woods or some type of water feature immediately behind your patio home, or maybe even a big earthen berm to provide some privacy.  But most often?  There's probably another row of patio homes immediately behind you, so if you're out back on your deck/patio and the neighbors are too, well I wouldn't discuss anything TOO intimate.Garages most often are front loading, but every now and then we'll see a model that side loads right next to the front door.The community may be just detached ranch style patio homes, or a mix of patio homes a...

Cincinnati New Construction Patio Homes:  Liberty Township's Carriage Hill By M/I Homes M/I Homes is laying the groundwork for their Liberty Township Carriage Hill patio home community, The Enclave At Cypress Village.  We'd show you pictures, but there aren't any patio homes built yet!  As of October 2013, they're putting in the infrastructure (roads, water, sewer) etc. to support this upscale patio home community!  They are at the point that you can check out the lot plans for these Liberty Township patio homes.  With the roads in place, you can at least know the lot layout and call "dibs" on getting your lot reserved and your new construction patio home started!  We will caution (as always), let us help you with your new construction purchase.  The builder's rep works for the builder...
