It's closing time! Everyone's favorite moment in the transaction - closing time - the inspections are done, the negotiations are over, the repairs are done, the liens are searched, the survey is complete, the money has been wired, the papers are signed, the deed is recorded, the keys are in the new owner's hands! Some deals are much harder than others...this happy smile came after lots of huge mountains were scaled, and a few miracles appeared. Moving twice was one sacrifice, expensive well repair was another, and there were others, on the sellers and buyers parts. But now the happy couple can move in this week. It dawned on me that we barely had any snow in March or April this year which is quite unbelievable. In addition we had some of the warmest temps on record n those months.
