This is a great question, and the simple answer is YES! In fact, our firm, Help-U-Sell North High Realty is one of the few real estate firms in the metro-Columbus area that will provide you with a marketing program that maximizes the internet exposure your property will receive. It might be easier to start with a simple example of how a traditional real estate firm publishes your listing on the internet. First the company will load your listing data into the MLS, or Multiple Listing Service. This is essentially a proprietary database that is only available to licensed aents who are also members of the Board of Realtors that controls the MLS in a given area. The listing data will then typically be transmitted electronically "pushed out" back to the agents own company web site, and potenti...

In the past few weeks I have two first time home buyer clients make offers on properties.  On both occasions the homes had only been on the market for a few days and there were multiple offers on each house.  Its nice to see this type of buying activity this time of year for several reasons.  First there is what I call the "trickle up effect".  Last year there was a very small move up market in Central Ohio.  This Spring I feel this section of the market will be much stronger because there is so much activity in the first time home buyer market.  I think we'll see more people moving up to larger homes especially if the rates remain low.  Secondly, I still see a strong relocation market.  We are receiving many calls from our corporate clients who are getting ready to relocate employees i...

Native Americans - Hopewell, Adenas, Delaware, Shawnee and Wyandot - were the first inhabitants of the countryside that was to become Dublin. Today's Dublin was originally part of 2,000 acres of land given to Lieutenant James Holt by the US Government as payment for service in the Revolutionary War.After several real estate transactions, John Sells and his family purchased 400 acres of land along the Scioto River in the early 1800s. This area was platted as a village in 1810. Little did he realize that his Village of Dublin would develop into one of the most progressive communities in Central Ohio. Today, the site of Sells' original purchase is known as Historic Dublin. Through well-managed growth, Dublin has preserved its historic past, while enriching the quality of life within the co...

Consumers:  Please visit Discover Columbus for CURRENT Central Ohio Real Estate Market Reports - this is old news but for some reason there are still a lot of views.  Although ActiveRain / Localism has a category for market reports a local ActiveRain member was highly opposed to my sharing this information. The numbers below are single family, townhouse and condominiums for sale and sold in the City of Dublin (Dublin Corporation.)  Dublin is a suburb of Columbus in Central Ohio. The graph above and chart show market demand by comparing current inventory to number of homes sold in a 15-month period.   Dublin Ohio is in Franklin and Delaware County, but for Active Rain, Dublin is considered Franklin County, these statistics are for the entire corporation regardless of county. Sales ar...

I have lived in Dublin Ohio since 1987 and watched it grow from a few thousand to over 30,000 residents.  Dublin has many fine attractions including the Columbus Zoo, the Irish Festival, and the Muirfield Village Golf Club which hosts the Memorial Golf Tournament.  Our family enjoys going to the zoo year round. The good schools were the attraction that brought us to Dublin, even though we did not have children, we knew good schools meant a growing house investment.  We have lived in two homes and seen our investment grow 2800%. We have three children in the Dublin schools and their education has been excellent. My favorite thing in Dublin is the good and friendly people.  I wouldn't live anywhere else!  Let me introduce you to Dublin, call me at 614-937-2835.
