  Great news for senior citizens in Broadview Heights Ohio!The city recently announced a snow removal program for our seniors. The city of Broadview Heights Department of Human Services is accepting applications for its free snow removal program  to qualifying residents between Oct. 3rd and 31st 2011.       These are the qualifying guidelines: Resident must be 70 years of age or older and/or physically disabled Resident must occupy the residence at which the snow removal service shall be performed Resident must live alone, and there must be no able-bodies person residing in the home capable of removing snow. Windsor Woods Broadview Heights Ohio 2nd Quarter Market Report 2011 Windsor Woods is a beautiful community in Broadview Heights, conveniently located between Broadview and State Rds. There are a total of 81 homes, many of which have lots that are 250 or 300 ft deep. I worked for the builder when Windsor Woods was being developed so I am well acquainted with the floor plans and deed restrictions and I currently serve on the architectural review committee.  You will notice when you drive through Windsor Wood that all the garages are side load and the driveways are 16 feet  wide, instead of the more common 12 foot wide. New Hampton Broadview Heights Ohio There are currently 10 condos, 6 clusters, and 11 single family homes available in New Hampton. The market remained challenging in the 2nd quarter of 2011. I have been extremely busy, with buyers buying and offers on my listings but I do not see any real upward trend in pricing.
