April was a somewhat slow month in the Beachwood real estate market in terms of actual sales. Specifically, 5 homes officially sold last month compared to 9 sales in April of 2008. However, there were 12 homes that went under contract in April, which is a great sign of increased buyer activity. The first quarter is officially over and it was pretty good for Beachwood in terms of the number of real estate sales. February was a relatively calm month in the Beachwood real estate market. Specifically, 5 homes officially sold last month compared to 6 sales in February 2008.
