Celebrating Easter???   I have been planning my day off for Easter a couple of weeks now. Uptime on Friday came and got three up calls. Naturally one wants to go see the home he called. Asked him if Saturday morning would work for him! He said he has to work and would I be able to show it to him on Sunday (Easter)? I have difficulty saying no to someone that wants to see a home, so I checked it out and low and behold it is a vacant home. So I call him back and he says he can meet me there at 11:30. I thought for a second and asked if 10:00 would work for him (I have 12 people coming over to my house at 12:30). Luckily he said that would work. Low cost materials that you can send often are better than ones that are to expensive to sent on a regular schedule.   50. Just listed and just sold mailings are great, but your sphere of influence and past customers would like to know what you are up to also, so include them in some of your just listed and sold.   51. Finally Some DOWN TIME!!! I have been so busy lately with new buyers; I have not had any time to just relax! I know that this is a really good thing, but we all need some time to rewind and get ready for some more. My last Buyer today canceled on me! At first I was very teed off to put it mildly!
