Stone Ridge New York Stone Ridge is a Hamlet located within the town of Marbletown, nestled between the Shawangunk and the Catskills mountain ranges. With a population of just over 6000 people, it is a small community rich with history. The Main Street Historic District of Stone Ridge was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1988.
