What is Sound Healing? Sound healing helps to facilitate shifts in our brainwave state by using different vibrational sound-waves which create entrainment. When I was first introduced to the word and concept of "surrender," I'll be honest I thought it was a sign of weakness. Having experienced certain events in my life that required me to surrender (and still do) in order to resolve life's challenges at times, I have a newfound perspective about "surrender." The Women's March took place on January 21st, 2017. This has been recorded as the world's largest protest, with 5 million worldwide participating. That is pretty amazing.I have to admit I was unsure of what the Women's March represented when I first got word of it. From the gist of what I read on social media and the obvious title, I understood it referred to "Women's Rights." Then I started to read other comments from those who opposed the March, "stop complaining," "get over it," "you people are a bunch of whiners" and many other unsettling conversations. So it got me thinking, why not ask people face to face why they choose to attended the Women's March?, instead of just assuming. I recently followed up with client who I first met in 2015. The first few sentences out of his mouth dealt with the concern of how everyone who has come into his life to help him, has made things worse. In other words, he was constantly blaming others for everything going wrong in his life. From the time we meet in 2015, to the updated on site consultation of last week, it was clear only three changes were implemented out of 20 suggestions. After a 20-year banned of MMA, New York has finally legalized the sport and last night's events were historic! To share the short of it, Conor McGregor is 28 years old and started his career in the UFC back in 2008. Hands down, he is said to be the most brilliant MMA fighter, and has achieved what was thought to be impossible. On Novebmer 12th, 2016, McGregor became the first UFC fighter to control two titles in two different weight classes at the same time.
