Walking in my backyard yesterday morning, I stopped near an abundance of blooming flowers to witness a bustling world of bees, busy collecting pollen. This little guy was so maxed out with the amount of pollen on his body, taking off to fly seemed pretty challenging. Should I buy a NYC condo with a view?Often when we work with buyers looking at different condos, the buyers always asked us if they should buy an condo with a view or not.  In New York city, having a view is a luxury item and there is a premium that comes with that. If you are buying for yourself, and you love views, then YES.. Buy something you are going to be happy with. If you like to crunch numbers and want to gain the highest yield possible, it may be difficult to justify paying the premium for a view as it may not equate proportionally to your rental income. Overall we recommend you buy an apartment with good natural light and ideally not facing a brick wall. How he passed, was shocking and very unexpected. Since that time, a 'reset' button has been pushed, forcing me to reassess my lifestyle and values.
