In my own opinon I think the French are kings when it comes to cooking and creating great tasting flavored food in very small portions. Last night I had the pleasure and time, to create a simple dish and even enjoyed setting the plate :) All you need is a couple pieces of sliced chicken breast, a couple eggs, bread crumbs, an avocado, a few bean sprouts and fresh lemon :) Remember to eat your meal in a calm relaxed manor.  If you took the time to cook it, take the time to eat it. Fitness and Feng Shui tip: I promise your food will taste that much better if you take the time present it nicely and truly eat and taste your food.  Not only that, eat...
