In my opinion, one of the nicest parts of Rockland County to rent would be Avalon Gardens in Nanuet.  My sister used to live there and i would always go visit the complex.  They have great amenities including a pool, full gym and my favorite, racquetball courts.   One of Avalon's requirements is that all rentals carry atleast 100,000 in personal liability insurance.  This protects you as well as the Complex if someone falls and gets injured in or around your apartment.  If you are moving to Avalon I would be happy to set up your renters insurance. Michael TruianoLicensed Insurance Broker39 Maple AvenueNew City NY 10956 02/14/2008
