In my opinion, one of the nicest parts of Rockland County to rent would be Avalon Gardens in Nanuet.  My sister used to live there and i would always go visit the complex.  They have great amenities including a pool, full gym and my favorite, racquetball courts.   One of Avalon's requirements is that all rentals carry atleast 100,000 in personal liability insurance.  This protects you as well as the Complex if someone falls and gets injured in or around your apartment.  If you are moving to Avalon I would be happy to set up your renters insurance. Michael TruianoLicensed Insurance Broker39 Maple AvenueNew City NY 10956

An asking price that is beyond market range can adversely affect the marketing of a property. Fewer buyers are attracted, and fewer offers received. Marketing time is prolonged, and initial marketing momentum is lost. The property attracts "lookers" and helps competing houses look better by comparison. If a property does sell above true market value, it may not appraise, and the buyers may not be able to secure a loan. n The property may eventually sell below market value. For homeowners aiming to sell their home and buy another, it's the classic real estate question - buy or sell first? If you sell first, you may find yourself under a tight deadline to find another house, or be forced in temporary quarters. If you buy first, you may be saddled with two mortgage payments for at least a couple months. You may need the money from the sale of your original home in order to pre-qualify for a loan for your new home. You may be facing a job relocation and need to sell quickly. There are many variables involved; there is no universal correct answer. It basically comes down to your specific circumstances. If you already own a home, you're probably struggling with this basic question: what do I do first, buy the home that I want or sell my existing home? And the an...

If the home you're purchasing doesn't come with a Home Protection Plan, you may want to consider one. After all, breakdowns happen even in the best of homes. The dishwasher or something else goes on the blink - and these breakdowns are not typically covered under homeowners' insurance. A Home Protection Plan can relieve you of these worries. The plan offers replacement or repair protection for covered major appliances and systems, with qualified contractors only a phone call away, 24 hours a day. Source: www.anthonystokespereira.com
