We are seeing so many tough fires -- from White plains in Westchester County to The Bronx, NYC on All Hallows Eve     Homes and businesses are catching on fire with appliance fires -- that are breaking out all over during this Halloween week.  This Fall, space heaters and drier malfunctions are topping the list for home fires from Mount Vernon and The Bronx homes to Northern Westchester County.
