This one is located at the corner of Varick and Broome streets in Hudson Square, an area currently seeing a lot of development thanks to a recent rezoning, so it's no surprise that owner Madigan Development wants to cash in. The Real Deal and New York YIMBY report that plans were filed with the Department of Buildings for a 15-story, 49-unit building. The Stephen B. Jacobs Group is the architect of record, and it's not clear yet if the apartments will be rentals or condos.
