Not All Realtors Are Created Equal During my prospecting travels I meet so many people. As nice as they are, they ALL want to tell me, what they call, horror stories. Lack of communication is the big one. Most tell me they had to hunt their agent down with days going by and no return phone call. If they had an open house, a week will go by before they hear any feedback about it from their agent. Refusal of open houses. Yes, most of us feel open houses are for us to get referrals. Feng Shui in Lindenhurst Long Island New York & Real Estate Agents on The MLS Years ago, the lovely Long Island NY town of Lindenhurst New York wasn't doing very well.  The Village of Lindenhurst wanted to help Main Street become vibrant and alive again so they turned to one of my former Mentors, Pamela Laurence with some grant money to instill some good Feng Shui back into the town. And that's exactly what she did!  She revitalized the Village of Lindenhurst New York while working within the allotted budget to encourage business owners to rent again and attract people back to this lovely Long Island New York town.  It worked.
