Wednesday, June 1, 2016 What's going on and why does it matter? Mortgage bonds opened higher today, and they're trading above both their 10-day and 30-day moving averages for the first time in three weeks.  The Fed is scheduled to purchase up to $2.375 billion in 30-yr conventional mortgage bonds today between 9am and 9:45am Eastern, which is earlier than their normal time of 11am to 11:45am.  Bonds may give back some of their gains as trading gets underway later in the day because this is the Fed's only sizable purchase scheduled for this week in 30-yr conventional mortgage bonds.  Looming on the horizon for release later today are the construction spending and total vehicle sales reports. The market will also need to digest tomorrow's ADP report and Friday's non-farm payrolls rep...

Citi Field (formally known as Shea Stadium) was reconstructed in 2008 and reopened in 2009. The newly designed stadium was assessed by a local Feng Shui consultant and dubbed to be 'bad luck.' The beauty of Feng Shui energy work is that you can help shift the momentum to be in your favor through various ways. For baseball it could be through changing the psychology of the team, contiued fan support, style of coaching and belief in self and positive influences to maintain that focus with the individually players. Combine that with a supportive energy designed stadium, I believe anything is possible. The Met's played in the 2015 NLCS and came out champs against the Chicago Cubs. With no predictions and allowing the player's energy to produce what they will, New Yorkers send positive, suppo...

Revisiting a Business Feng Shuied by High Holy Master Lin Yun in Queens NY This was an amazing experience to be in a actual space that was Feng Shuied by High Holy Master Lin Yun. Mr. Yun is responsible for brining the teachings of Feng Shui to America back in the early 1990's.  My mother Carole Provenzale who was a Certified Feng Shui consultant studied Professor Lin Yun's teachings and in 1997 was blessed by him at her graduation in his monastery on Long Island NY. This Queens NY based business has been up and running for 15 years and continues to go strong and grow.  Walking inside, the enhancements of Feng Shui were felt and known right away.  Professor Lin Yun informed the Japanees resturant owner to place a fish tank by the front door.  The owner was told to place nine fish all to...
