Prospect Park, with over 8 million users a year, has always been a big selling point for buyers and sellers of Brooklyn real estate. That even more true now that Mort Zuckerman, the publisher of the NY Daily News  is underwriting a beautiful installation of lights at four of the Park's maikn entrances. Furth down the plaza, there is a fountain featuring a statue of Neptune, in which light "waves" were created.
