"I Didn't Expect You To Call Me So Fast!" Those are the words I heard when I returned a phone call to someone who read my blog last week about how do I get a copy of my deed? He found this blog I wrote almost a year ago this month: How Do I Get a Copy of my Deed in Suffolk County? He was confused about who I was until I told him the message he left me. Then he stated, "I Didn't Expect You to Call Me So Fast!" "I aim to please" I said and we had a laugh. He told me his house in Smithtown NY is under contract and wanted to know how he can get a copy of his deed since no one else was helping him (don't get me started on that one). The median sold price for September went down slightly compared to 2013. 2014 is not over and check back in January 2015 when I will have final numbers. As you can see in the market report chart below for Babylon Village, we are above the numbers in 2003 but below the market boom that was in 2007.
