Yesterday, I had lunch with Fred Soskin, who is the sales manager at Crescent Ridge Condominiums in Henderson, NV.     I was there several months back with a client and the models were still under construction.    Fred invited me to lunch so that I could see the finished product and it is beautiful!  The clubhouse has a kitchen area, a billiard room, a very large state of the art fitness center and a spacious sitting area.  Plasma TV's are throughout the clubhouse.  The pool, with a waterfall, and hot tub are right out the back door.  There will also be a second pool in the community.   There were 2 models displayed, a 2 bedroom and a 3 bedroom.  All the floor plans are under $200,000 and are between 1123 and 1304 square feet. Many upgrades come standard including all appliances, granit... 12/18/2007
