The real estate market in Halifax, Nova Scotia has never been like this. We've seen it in places like Toronto and Vancouver but never in Halifax. It's always been a steady and slow upward trend in values. It has been a buyer's market for at least a decade then January 2019 it turned into a balanced market then boom! by July it was a sellers.Now, February 2021, the inventory has never been lower and demand so high. Take a look at the snippet of what sold in just the Dartmouth area.
