This is being tested today. Got it running on the TV channel. It's not Cosmo, but he will have to do. - I couldn't get him to pose properly. So they took a stock dog shot.  The wording they read is pretty non-pushy. I'm thinking it will appeal to animal lovers and also it is totally different from the rest of the basic Home for sale ads that run continuously all day. I'll post a blog later on the feedback. Thanks

An excerpt  from my current newsletter - I rant on about whats on my mind. I'm sure no-one else out there has over zealous sellers! Ha   ......Oh and Nova Scotia summers are better that. -Just in-case you were thinking of heading East. Real Estate Rant   Well it’s mid June already! Where has the spring gone? Pretty soon it will be summer and then, as quick as it came, next thing you know it’ll be the 3rd week of August with the north wind blowing again! Somebody should come up with a scheme to tow the whole peninsula of Nova Scotia south…maybe just off Florida somewhere. Real Estate is just as seasonal it seems. That’s why it’s important to pick the right price when selling. Should I try for an extra $10,000? The answer is no. Stay with the data your agent supplies you with. If you ar...

Halifax has one of the largest natural ice free harbours in the world. It boasts an outer harbour two kilometres in width and eight kilometres in length with a narrow channel leading to a huge inner harbour - Bedford Basin. With a depth of 18 metres (60 feet) at low tide, Halifax also has one of the world's deepest harbours. Halifax has one of the largest natural harbours in the world. What is it about running that keeps you sane? There is something about getting up before everyone on your street and hitting the pavement for an hour. I always solve any problems I have while I'm out it seems. I also get great ideas that just seem to pop out of my nowhere as well. This works great with real estate. The stress can be sometimes pretty high. If I am having a day when it seems I can't please anyone, I'll lace up my sneakers and hit the highway.  And all my troubles just fade away.Anyone else out there a runner?

What a beautiful weekend!Recently I was discussing opportunities for real estate investment with a group from Alberta and it seems that while other major metro areas in Canada are selling at a premuim, there exists a lot of value in the Halifax area! There are many well maintained or newly renovated properties that can easily generate the required rental income to net positive cash flow while equity grows.
