I have many of these, back when I used to manage Real Estate offices. Before I got smart and went back into sales, I used to write up a new quote on our production board (old school) every day. To start off with here are a few from some of our great leaders and thinkers of our time...................Enjoy   If a man hasn't discovered something that he will die for,he isn't fit to live. (Martin Luther King Jr.)  The quality of a person's life is in direct proportion to their commitment to excellence, regardless of their chosen field of endeavor. The Foxmoor Development in Washington Twp., Mercer County, New Jersey (there are several Washinton Townships in New Jersey) has come to grow over the past 22 years to now be known as the Washington Town Center.I had the distinction to be the "Original Owner" in the Foxmoor Development.  The townhouse was purchased off of a blue print in a trailer back in 1985 when my son was 6 months old.  At that time, there was nothing but potato fields, a few stores, and the Robbinsville Inn.When we first moved into our townhouse I questioned the gentlemen that did the walk thru about the neighbors, there were none.  As the weeks and months went by people began to move in, the development started to come to life.  It became a community. The builder at the time was Carteret Realty.  I must have pestere...

As a home owner in Washington Township and being aware of the re-assessment in the township I have been contacted by dozens of individuals over the past week seeking my assistance with disputing current assessments done by an the township.     Apparently as a home owner once you receive notice you are limited with time to contact and ask for a "hearing" with regards to your properties current value.    With my statistic from 2006 coming directly from TREND MLS - I have outsold any other agent in Robbinsville, having sold double my closest competitor.     Okay so I am tooting my own horn,   but I also wanted to let the  Public know if they need my assistance with this evaluations I am happy to assist free of charge.        I have to say most I've spoken too are tens of thousands off the ...

New home communities are more popular than ever! With good reason - new home builders are using popular, open floor-plans, including appliances, sod, and blinds, and helping make it easier than ever to get into a new home with little or no money. New home transactions typically seem a lot easier, as well. If a buyer chose to, they could get through a new home transaction without contacting anyone except the on-site sales agent! However, this would open you up to HUGE losses. Take these simple steps to protect yourself in a new home transaction, and to ensure that yours is a success.1. Use an Agent Who Has New Home Sales Experience Many people think that they can save money by not using, or don't need the services of a Agent when buying a new construction home. This couldn't be further f...

For those of you you did not know and may be interested .Washington Township is still considering a name change to Robbinsville Township. I , for one, am ALL FOR the Name Change. Here is why, FIRST we have a problem identifying where a property is legally. The New Jersey Real Estate Commission insists we only advertise a home using the legal town name. Ok so I have to advertise everything in "ROBBINSVILLE" as Washington Twp. Since there are 4 other towns in New Jersey with some form of Washington in their names this makes things very confusing. If you search for homes on the internet in Washington Twp. you don't get Mercer County Homes.SECOND When the name change goes thru we hopefully will have only 1 ZIPCODE for all of the NEW Robbinsville Township. This will also make our lives easie...

I want to make sure you have the complete, accurate information, and honest advice, you need to make a good decision" Selling Your HomeSometimes, life just hands us the inevitable: just when everything seems right with your home, something happens and you have to sell your dwelling.  No matter what your reasons are for selling, remember that now is no time to dawdle, the process of preparing a home for sale can take a month or more. So, here's how to start: 1. Take a Fresh Look at Your HomeYour home looks great to you, but a buyer wants to see it since he and his family will be living in it -- so take a fresh look at your dwelling. Hop in your car, drive around the block, and then scrutinize your home as a prospective buyer will see it for the first time. First, consider what's called "...
