When I told my friends in Manhattan that I was moving to the Morris County, New Jersey area they were intrigued. Born and raised in the city they thought , mmmmmmmmm. When I settled on Morris Township their curiosity was piqued even further. However, they were totally perplexed when cards, letters,gifts and just about anything else they tried to mail or ship were always returned to them. You see it was not clear to me that I had a mailing address. I lived in Morris Township, paid my property taxes to Morris Township, had the many pleasures of being a Morris Township resident but could not receive anything from my NY friends and family.
