Today we are celebrating Memorial Day Weekend Italian Style in Fairfield New Jersey!  Our friends are hosting their First Memorial Day Meatball Contest!  Yep, that's right we are having a meatball contest!  We are one out of twelve families who will be making our usual Italian Sunday dinner (macaroni and meatballs) and each family is to bring 10 meatballs in gravy and the host will supply the macaroni!  There should be approximately 120 meatballs which means to taste everyone's meatballs - one would have to eat 12 meatballs!!!  I'm sure some of the guys can handle 12 meatballs but not me - I think I'll just stick to a dish of macaroni and some nice hot Calandra's Bakery bread! I'm still not sure who the judges are or what the winner gets much each family better bring their balls, fully ...

Top Five Myths About Busted Using Me Gina Chirico As Your Real Estate Agent Myth #1: You don't want me to know your credit score.  BUSTED!  Your credit score is between you and your lender and/or loan officer. I have no idea what your credit score is and quite frankly, I don't even care. There's no need for me to know your credit score. Myth #2: You don't want me to know how much earn. BUSTED!  It's none of my business what you earn.  Just like I'm not about to show you Sal or my W-2s or paychecks, there's no reason why I should know of or see yours either.  Your earnings and/or bank statements are between you and your lender and/or loan officer. Myth #3: You don't want me to know your debt. BUSTED!  Unless you expect me to pay your credit card bills, it's none of my business what you o...

With the demand for multigenerational homes increasing in the United States between 2008 and 2010,  this Fairfield Mother/Daughter a/k/a/ multigenerational home may be just what you are looking for.   I get many emails about multigenerational homes and it's always the same scenario:  the daughter emails me looking for a mother/daughter home in Fairfield or the surrounding West Essex area and they all say the same thing, "my mother doesn't want to be in a basement".  Now, having lived in a somewhat multigenerational home in the basement of a Fairfield home when I first got married, I truly understand why many mothers do not want the basement apartment! But no worries on this multigenerational home just listed in Fairfield!  This true mother/daughter Fairfield home has a separate "above g...
