Englewood NJ Real Estate - 3 Year Residential Real Estate Overview     I have created the following report from information collected by the New Jersey Multiple Listing Service to take a look at the Englewood NJ real estate market as it pertains to residential properties over the last three years. The third quarter of 2013 was a big year for Bergen County real estate and in Englewood, that held form also, with about 45 units sold, compared to the historic average of 29.8. Home prices are starting to tick back up after a big drop in the last quarter of 2013 and the 1st quarter of this year. My mom is so fussy and complains about almost everything, so to not hear any complaints is not only music to my ears but good news for you "foodies". La'Mezza, located on Nathaniel Place in Englewood, NJ is a Lebanese/Meditteranean restaurant that is a very welcome addition to the area. It has a great ambiance, very friendly staff and great food.
