I don't know about you, but I have tried countless times to search for foreclosures on the internet and every website requires you to sign up for a subscription before they give you ANY relevant information. I was actually a suck a few years ago and signed up for one and every property (there were hardly any in the areas I was interested in) was either sold or horrible! I know that you can find local tax sales in the newspaper but I don't understand why they (I don't even know who "they" are!?!) make it soooo difficult to track the properties down without paying a fee!
