Blogging is an absolute necessity to be found on the web and all you need is to blog once or twice a week?  So what do I blog about?  Information about your community, your transactions, new programs that Buyers and Sellers are in need of or creative ways to market homes..what works and what doesn't....keep it positive and informative, but it doesn't have to be Brain surgery.. Blog with important keywords in the post such as name, town, market area and specific keywords that draw attention....Add photos, when possible that are tagged...There is so much to do and ... 08/16/2010

I think in just about anything we do thats competitive in this world, to do it RIGHT....we need a COACH..I know the word gets thrown out alot and really gets deflated, but someone to be accountable too..someone to follow up with, someone to hear you and someone to simply set you straight and push you to get it done. New android 2.2 upgrade available If you have an android device.. The brand new 2.2 upgrade is available which has some fantastic updates in it.. It also has some fixes in it like the problem I have had with my HTC EVO, mail crashing all the time. You go to your phones settings and look for " system updates". It will check to see If your phone is available to update to 2.2. Takes about 15 minutes, depending on your connection and viola...new upgrade complete.. It stopped my mail from crashing and has many new great features to make your android more robust and simply better. When It comes to Real Estate and being Mobile, having the proper mobile device makes all the Difference in the World..  I am currently running with two of the top Mobile Devices as we speak and testing them from every angle...Convenience, ease of use, ease to Post, and quality.  I am testing the IPHONE4 and an HTC EVO with Droid...I am still really impressed with the IPHONE4's ability to be really smooth and a one touch upload to youtube...The HTC's Camera is a god quality, I have just not found it to be as smooth to operate.  Another nice feature if you are going to post to Blogs is the ability to edit quickly on the IPHONE4 with IMovie... Puts a nice frame around your video and gives it a really different, professional look.. I am going to keep testing both in day to day, Real Estate ... 08/09/2010

Apple’s Shocking App Store Numbers November 4th, 2009Apple announced today that developers have created over 100,000 applications for its iPhone and iPod Touch App Store, and that users have downloaded well over two billion apps in the 16 months since the store’s launch. Stop for a second to think about those numbers. The store’s only been around 482 days. It launched with only 500 apps, so that averages out to more than 200 new apps a day, and a staggering 4,149,377 downloads a day. Apple says it has sold 30 million iPhones and 20 million iPod touches. If we assume that every single one of those devices was sold to a different person, and every single device was used to download apps, that means Apple’s averaging 40 applications per user.
