Clydesdale Training Team moving to Merrimack NH I just love those Clydesdales and to have the Anheuser Busch facility in Merrimack NH is wonderful. We are getting ready to take our Fall trip over there and walk the stables and meet some of the Clydesdales again. Merrimack NH Home values and revaluation Merrimack NH is going through a town wide real estate property revaluation, as are many of the towns in the State of New Hampshire. The State requires periodic revaluations every five years of towns and cities so that all properties within a municipality will be equalized to share in the tax burden fairly. A busy NH real estate market this week A recent survey reported in Inman News came up with some interesting results:     Almost 70% of buyers and sellers think real estate values and sales will recover in the next year or two. Over 85% believe real estate is a good investment.
