South Peak at Loon Mountain ski Resort Lincoln New Hampshire This ski-in & ski-out slope side subdivision was started in 2006 and many truly spectacular homes have been custom built since then. I got a unique call on a Saturday. It was an asset manager from a big national bank. Could I list  a home in a vacation area about an hour away. I sure can. After all I know it well. I place i have owned 2 different vacations homes over the years and know it well.  The asset manager thanked me for answering my phone on a Saturday and that I was willing to go to the home right away. Many times in the past buyers have called about properties that they wanted to view and potentially buy. Only to find out that a financing option was not available due to the access being from a private road. We have told the sellers the solution is to get everyone on the road to sign a joint maintenance agreement. This would state who would take care of the plowing, and general up keep of the common road…and who pays for that. This document would need to be recorded and run with the property deed.
