Should I remove my pets from the home when buyers are coming to see it? The answer YES. The optimum choice is that all pets are removed from the home if buyers are coming to see it. What is a Condominium anyway? Condominium living is a way of life. Most complexes feature newer homes with less maintenance and more amenities. They take care of tasks such as lawn care and snow removal while perhaps offering a pool or club house.   2014 saw a steady growth in sales and home values. Let me hear your opinion, a Buyer wants to have a water test done on a home with city water? The lender is not requiring it, but someone suggested they do it anyway? What would you say?   I told them they can if they want, but it is city water. The water results are on on the water companies web site for public review. The home is not even 20 years old, copper pipes and nothing to set of any red flag. Just a suggestion by the buyer agent that "all their buyers do water tests".  Perhaps in rural areas for homes with wells, but rarely if ever for a home with city water,   In the end the buyer has a few days left on their home inspection contingency.
