Home Energy Efficient Questions about Windows, I receive a lot of Frequently Ask Questions from folks by way of phone calls and e-mails which have to do with Window Energy Efficiency. The U.S Postal Service has announced a whole new strategy which could keep Post Offices and achieve significant cost savings. Officials with the Postal Service has said that the plan includes modifying retail hours to match customer use while access to the retail lobbies and Post Office boxes would remain unchanged.
