The sale of my listing at 17103 Paradise Rd in the Chris Lake subdivision of Bellevue closed and the buyer was represented by Terrie Wohlers.  Having a good agent on the other side of a sale makes closing a deal much easier, and it makes my career much more enjoyable. Terrie made this a smooth transaction and I hope we can do business again in the future. 07/01/2015
