Here I go again! I may not move my home very often but this will be the 5th time since October that I've moved my office space and actually it would be GREAT if I moved it a couple (or more) more times this year.The window on the upper right is my current office. I will be moving to the window on the upper left which is in the other side of the Twin Home I'm working from now. Of course the good thing is I won't need those moving vans pictured above and my clients for Highlands at North Hill should still find me very easily.I am still available in my Alliance Real Estate office at The Arrowhead Mall as well. The Arrowhead Mall is also where I record Minot Real Estate Today for broadcast every Friday on 106.9 FM and 1320 AM.

Even as an experienced Real Estate Agent it's hard to keep up with trends and to know everything there is to know about building materials.Lately I've been educating myself on the subject of counter tops. Most everyone is familiar with Formica and Granite but what exactly is Quartz?The builder I work for uses Quartz so it's important information for me to know. I did learn a few surprises in this quest for knowledge, such as did you know it can come in a slab (natural) like Granite but most of it is manufactured using ground quarts and an epoxy that is even harder that the quarts and granite itself? Quartz is also more expensive than Granite. It's less pores than Granite thus more sanitary.I recommend you Google "Quartz vs Granite" and "What is a Quartz counter top" if you would like to...
