Does referring to ActiveRain members really work? Oh yeah, they sure can!   In February of this year, I googled real estate agents in the Stem, NC area. We were working with buyers getting ready to close on their new house in Franklin, NC. They were blissfully happy about the new house. The only thing that kept them from being (thank you Robin Williams) FULL TILT BOZO HAPPY was the unsold house they owned in Stem, NC. I offered to find them a good listing agent. After googling “real estate agents in Stem, NC” I found 5 agents. First, I looked at their online presence. I weeded out the agents with hard to navigate sites and was left with three agents. All three agents had an association with ActiveRain and I found that to be helpful. Then I called the three agents. I‘m still waiting for...

Yea! Yes. Listing appointments. i am of course excited. I have booked a listing appointment. What you have done in your past will pay off. I received an email asking me if I would like to help sell a home. Well, OK I was over there about 3 months ago and gave them a long laundry list of what it would take to make their home marketable for the best return. I am so excited to go back and see what they have completed and help them sell their home. Regardless of what the media is saying out there. People still need a place to live. They need a roof over their heads. Interest rates could not be better and home prices are a great value. I know others would still like to see the price come down. I myself would like to see them go up. I want to see the equity in my home increase and not decreas...

Rebecca Savitski and I are great friends. I met Rebecca in Plantation Florida when we were both at Remax.Unlike anyone I ever met Rebecca was determined to make it in the industry. This girl worked besides me 7days a week, 16 hours a day. She sacrificed everything, she slept on the floor of her friends home until she could afford to rent a home. She came from North Carolina flat broke. Between my guidance and her motivation Rebecca did in fact become a "Top Producer" and within 9 months of moving to Florida was able to purchase her own home!   Throughout our relationship which lasted 4 years together I watched Rebecca grow and mature. She was a "Closer" who could close the most difficult clients that we had to deal with!  She was my ace in the hole! If a client wanted to see a home at 8:...
