  Hi All! I am definitely prepping for the Market Shift.  This reminds me so much of what happened in 2004 and beginning of 2005.  Not saying that we are going to have a BUBBLE like we did then, but the market is shifting. 1.  One of the questions that was asked is."How will this shift affect buyer agents vs sellers agent?  I think that both are going to be affected.  Buyers agents need to encourage their buyers to go ahead and make a decision and to purchase the property that they are interested in.  Sellers agents need to follow the market carefully to alert the sellers and to increased market prices. 2. What marketing strategies wil you need to change?  The market is getting stronger here and it is becoming less of a buyers market and the sellers are more in control. 3. Staffordshire Terrier.. My grandchildren got a Staffordshire Terrier as a gift.  WE were told that this dog was very protective of children and I am hoping that this is true. I understand that the Staffordshire terrier has Pit bull blood in the breed and that concerns me with a 2 year old and a 5 year old child. Any information, I would really appreciate.
